Is it possible to use click to move in ORK? I wish to use a Top Down view with movement, interaction and attack selection to be via mouse. For example, RMB to select a move location, and LMB to select either a target, or interaction.

Yes, that's possible. Select the Mouse player control in Base/Control > Game Controls for mouse movement.

You should be able to select attack targets through mouse click by default, as long as there are colliders on your enemies to receive the click. There are also the group/individual target settings in Battle System > Battle Settings to select a combatant and automatically use attacks and abilities on it.
