Problem with Changed GUI

I changed some part of the GUI, but cannot remember what I changed although I have searched the Ork Framework for awhile.

Obviously I placed a plain image file somewhere, but where ? .The Gray unwanted box appears when I press the ESC key.

Help pleeese.

    Could be:
    - a menu screen called by the input key
    - a HUD called by the input key
    - a background image for the menu screen (either in the menu settings or in the menu screen's settings)
    - a menu screen opened with another menu screen
    - a HUD opened with a menu screen

    Or just a menu part in the menu screen you're opening :)
