Can't silence Music or Sound SFX

It seems that with the new update I can't use the sliders I set up to change the volume of Music or Sound. Not sure why this is happening. Any help is appreciated.

    It's working fine here.
    Are the sliders themself not working (i.e. you can't operate them) or does changing their value not do anything?

    Changing their value doesn't do anything-- this is on iOS mobile--editor is ok--on vacation with no internet connection until I found one spot that works. Back to normal Sunday.

    This might be a Unity problem not sure.
