I did a cursory search, because I thought I'd seen it in the forums before...

Is there a good method for locking equipment onto an equipment part as soon as the player equips it?

I'm in a situation where I need to be able to prevent a player from unequipping specific equipment until I manually remove it from their inventory via event.

  • You seem to be more of an expert then me. But here's my idea. Have an event with check equipment and if success have it lock the equipment part.

    Oh snap, you're right.

    I'm at work and for some reason didn't remember that GiL had added a Lock Equipment Part step at some point. I should probably actually take a look at ORK before starting threads.

    Well, at least it'll be good to have this thread around in case anybody else is wondering. :D
