Open in Unity apparently doesn't work-workaround is to go to the Unity Asset store and search for space shooter. And download it---it's compatible with Unity 5. : D

Downloading it now for the assets. : )

I feel like killing something in outer space. : ) And learning Makinom. Haven't had a chance to really go there until now.

Thanks for the info, fixed the link to the new space shooter tutorial :)
For doing the space shooter tutorial in Makinom, you only need to download the project on the Makinom space shooter tutorial site, it includes everything you'll need for going through the tutorial.
