When i select the options "one" or "sequence" the selection menu doesn't close when i pick an item, i need to pick another item of the same type for it to close.

Is there something that i should change to use those modes?

That's very strange and not happening here at all.

Do you have a sub menu in the menu part (with a button that uses the accept key for using the action directly)?

No, for the example i used a fresh ork demo and changed all add [item, armor and weapon] types to auto split, changed the "display part>equipment" to sequence in the equipment box of the equipment menu screen and added some armors and weapons to brown pants.
