I was wondering how I could be able to achieve functionality, where I could choose enemy target first and then display a battle menu with that target selected, and display available abilities for use?

Normally it seems to work other way around:
- User selects first the ability to use from the battle menu
- Then user selects the target for that ability

Is it possible to turn this behaviour other way around?

    You might be able to build a custom system, e.g. using group/individual targets and shortcuts+control maps ... or something like that :)
