Need some help finding specific Menu Settings.

So I am going through the tutorial and have gotten to [37]. Currently I am stuck at [General menu settings] part.

I have gone into [Menus - Menu Settings] but can't for the life of me find the following:

Use Cost Display
Default Combatant Choice Layout

I have tried searching but it doesn't turn up anything.
Any help would be appreciated.

    Oh, yeah, they've been moved to Menus > Text Display Settings. I'll update the tutorial.
