Status Effect Ability Type Use Blocks Not Working (Solved)

I was trying to set up some status effects that block certain ability types, but I can't seem to get it to block individual abilities or ability types. The Block Abilities option works fine.

Edit: The ORK 2.14.1 Update fixes this issue. :)
