Not with ORK alone, you'll have to use custom scripts or a 3rd party solution for that.
E.g. for in-game customizable input, you could use something like Rewired and use the Custom input origin in ORK's input keys.

In general for Resolution etc. the Idea (at least the one I use) is with enabling/disabling components, like beautify asset I use for blur etc. Or by reducing/increasing density of grass for example.
