Am trying to spawn a prefab on my equipped equipment when a battle event is playing, but not getting the desired result. First in my battle event, i created the select equipment node, the setting is stated as follows; selected key Value type slvalue Value slash Change type set
Equipment settings All equipment checked Limit item type unchecked
Combatant settings use all combatant unchecked Object Actor Actor User
Then i connected the Select equipment node to spawn prefab node. The setting for spawn prefab node is stated below; Use position unchecked
Target object Object selected data
Object/Selected key Value type Value Value slash other settings remain unchanged mount checked
Found/global object Add found objects unchecked
I still can't figure out why the prefab is not spawned. Any help will be appreciated
The equipment and the spawned prefab on the equipment viewer have no actual connection. You have to do this by using the combatant as an actor and use the child object settings to define the spawned prefab (or equipment viewer) as the used object.
