I just want to double check to see if I can display a HUD that displays specific game variables?
Essentially I have a world map where fast travel requires you to spend several resources that are game variables.
I just want to display them all the time as HUD but only on this scene.

  • Yes you can. You simply write #varstringnameOfVar#, or #varfloatnameOfVar#, etc.... Also, you can use the buttons over the text field. You click Data then choose Game Variable and write the name of the game variable.

  • The text editor has a lot of buttons and selections to add available text codes, e.g. for variables or names of items, etc.
