How do I make the camera look at the selected cell?

1.When selecting a move command, how do I make the camera look at the selected cell? The camera's position does not change and the selected cell will not be visible.

2.How do I make the Camera Control Target work? I won't use it.

    Using Camera Control Target requires the camera control to be enabled during battle.
