[Resolved] Abilities Menu Greyed Out

Hi,
I'm still going through the game tutorials (at 22). I'm not sure what I may be missing, but the Fire and Poison abilities are greyed out in the battle menu. I'm combing through the tutorials, the tutorial project, and my settings, but I cannot find a discrepancy.
Brown Pants appears to have all his stats and mana is full, and I am able to use Small heal.
*Update* I had use count checked in mine, which was the error. Keeping in case someone else has issue. Apparently I can only fix my issues after I make a post *face palm*
