In the abilities settings section, REFLECTABLE. What is this exactly?

Would this setup the ability to act as a damage shield (while shield is active, anyone attempting to do melee damage would suffer damage from the shield)

Or, would this allow the ability to act as a spell reflection shield (while active, any spells target at a combatant with this active would reflect the spell effects back at its caster)

Reflectable abilities will be reflected to the caster, if the target has a status effect with Reflect Abilities enabled.
