  • Here's one that I'm trying to puzzle out:

    I have an armor that increases Max HP by 3, by using a custom status value bonus.

    The only problem is; when unequipped, it doesn't remove the bonus Max HP.

  • "Fixed an issue where using the ‘None’ action in silent mode or without consuming the remaining action points (turn based, phase battles) could lead to the combatant’s turn not ending, potentially stalling the battle."

    I still have issues that I think are related to this. If I do an event in which the combatant either dies or leave the battle, triggered by a cell event at start of turn or triggered by a default start of turn event, the battle menu of the combatant is still there, he can't do anything and the game stalls. If I use a leave battle node instead or similar nodes, same thing happens except the combatant can do actions, and if he ends his turn, the combat continues. If I both kill the combatant and use a leave battle node, the battle menu doesn't popup, but the game stalls.

    Here's an odd one though, and using the ORK GUI as well, as well as the basic Rewired bridge script: http://forum.orkframework.com/discussion/3214/using-custom-input-with-rewired-tutorial

    When using DPAD, going through a choice dialogue works as expected. The cursor picks the correct choice, etc.

    When using ANALOG, the cursor moves correctly, but picking the middle option (out of 3 options) always picks the bottom choice for some reason, even though the cursor is clearly selecting the middle option. The top and bottom choices work as intended.

    Super weird. Any ideas? Using the latest ORK/Makinom.


    Found the issue; incorrect mapping in rewired. Not sure why it was causing this behavior, but fixing it there fixed this as well.

  • Not sure if it's a bug: the move ai hunt detection doesn't go farther than 100 world units. I did a test with hunting range disabled, detection range at 500, detection sight type with 490 range. But the move ai doesn't react until I'm about at 100 units, regardless. Is there a setting somewhere I forgot that limits ai detection to 100 world units?

    That's probably coming from one of the ranges defined in Battle System > Battle Settings, most likely the Move AI Range :)

    Running into a bug with the Music Players:

    Entering a Music player with the same song and same channel, but a different target volume has no effect on the volume of the music currently being played. Tried Play and Fade To; neither seemed to have any effect.

    This is important since it allows me to easily tune currently-playing music or ambience volume up or down without having to create specific events just for that purpose.
