Possible to scroll menus via touch/drag?

Hiya,
On mobile, I'd like to scroll through menus by dragging them up and down with my finger. Is that possible?
I see the "Dragable" option, but that's obviously for changing the position of the menu on the screen.
At the moment, I'm just making the scrollbar very wide so the player can easily touch it on his phone. But that takes up space that I'd rather use on bigger text or wider icons, etc.
