[Solved] Color Settings

I am going through the tutorials and in a few spots you mention changing a color or show -
Start Color
Select a white color (R=255, G=255, B=255, A=255).
End Color
Select a blue color (R=126, G=170, B=214, A=255).
To be changed, I do not see how to do that??? Thanks.

Never mind, I changed settings to OS X color picker, changed back, got it, TY.
