I have a question to you...

Could you make so it's possible to use both "Use Start Inventory" and Loot Lists at the same time? For example I like to set the gear on my combatants and using "Use Start Inventory" makes that gear to drop as expected... however I also want them get a random item from a loot list. As it is now on the combatant then I need to choose either of them since I can't have both active.

Or the option to set in the loot list that all items in the start inventory will be dropped as well accordingly to those settings (ie chance etc)
