Has anyone ported or made a game for Windows 10? I just installed Windows 10 on my PC and interested to see if I can do that.

Checking the Unity forum it seems to be not so easy? The Windows 10 store is inviting. :) I converted Omber to the Windows 10 platform and porting get no errors with the latest version of Unity and Ork but has anyone built anything. :)

I'm confused because I saw in the Unity forum somewhere you need Windows 8 to make a game for the Windows 10 store?

I'm in the process of backing up my backup laptop to upgrade to Windows 10 still as a test run, so I'm not help yet. Hopefully this weekend I'll get it up and running.

Where did you see that in the forums about Windows 8? The latest I saw from Unity was this , looks like you'll be fine on a 10 machine.

I tried, but got a lot of errors. The only thing that builds for me is the web build and the .exe build. I will need to check on why. but haven't fixed all of the errors yet.

if you have errors you can't solve, maybe post them here and we can try to help. Not that I've gotten very far with building for the Windows store--but hope to get there and happy to try. If you're happy with the exe. build does that mean you are having problems building for Windows mobile?

mainly the windows 10 app store. I also tried doing an android build for a separate game unrelated to ork. no go. Its probably because i have a lot of unused stuff in my game that needs to be cleaned up.

I also think Unity has some things they have to sort out here.
