Is there any way to upgrade a status value with an item ? if no , could this be implemented in the next update ? thx :)

Sure, just add a Value Change to the Target Changes of the item and select a Normal type status value.
Changes to those values are permanent (through abilities/items).

I should say it differently , i wanted to say , at the status develoment tab with the status upgrades that consume EXP type status values , i wanted those upgrades to consume an item for exemple an agility rune will be consumed to upgrade this status but this solution is good too .
