is there anyway to put texture on characters like Armor if you equip chest armor it will change your character texture ?

Currently not, but you can use the Equipment Viewers to spawn models of your equipment on the combatant. You can learn more about this in this how-to and this game tutorial.

I'll look into changing textures with equipment viewers, sounds like a good idea :)
