Is there a way to set up icon drag animation inside ORK framework, or should I use some custom script?
I can drag items between my inventory and shortcut bar, but there is no actual icon drag animation.
This can be confusing.
Am I missing something, what is the best way to do this?

You can find the settings for this in Menus > Menu Settings in the ORK Editor. The Drag/Drop Settings are what you're looking for - you can enable showing the dragged content and how it should should be displayed (e.g. icon only). To make the drag follow the cursor, use a GUI box that's set up to follow the cursor (enabling At Cursor and Follow Cursor in the Content Box Settings of the GUI box).
