Can you end a faction's phase via an event or in code?

In a phase battle, I'm trying to make it possible to end a faction's phase via a battle event, but I don't see that option anywhere. Is this possible?

The only way I see to end a phase is through Battle System->Phase Battles->Player Combatant Selection->Add End Phase. Is End Phase functionality exposed in any other way?

    I don't think it currently is - will put it on my to-do list :)
