This is my order for it, and hoping for a 2-3 month turn around for the alpha build :D It's going to be rough, and the Beta is going to involve a lot of replacing place-holder prefabs with final ones. We got like 1 NPC model per Mermaid race atm, so still a good chunk of work left to do after the Alpha.

Kingdom Hearts and Nier Automata were the two big inspirations. @ranwang520 It's mostly 2.5D but there are 3D exploration-only segments for the crystal palace and 'treasure hunt' minigames. JUST got the 3d stuff working decently well. FImpossible that I used for the tail physics actually had a great 3d, 360degree camera that works great.
Wow, it's beautiful :D it's really cool that the game is mostly underwater, you should worked hard for the movement cos ORK doesn't have swimming builted-in :D
