I translated all the text in column C only using googletranslate() in GoogleSpreadSheet. It was 11696 rows. When I set up a CSV of it in EditorSettings, the following process required 1 hour. https://imgur.com/Yt85gG6 One hour is far too long. Is this a bug? Is it faster in your operation check? After an hour, it finished successfully and the translation of the help text was as expected.
I wish it would have worked as it was, but when I saved and restarted Unity again, it takes about an hour again. In other words, it takes an hour every time I start Unity. This makes it unusable. Isn't this a feature to translate all the help text in OrkEditor in the first place?
It should definitely not take that long - it doesn't even take a second on my end. It might be an issue with your CSV file, try this one for japanese translations.

It's done. Thank you very much. I was able to read the Japanese only translation CSV you gave me successfully in a short time.
However, I needed a help text csv with the Japanese machine translation plus the original English, because the Japanese translation is not accurate enough for Google machine translation.
The following worked fine. It worked fine when the translation part contained LF. The files that didn't work were all CRLF, probably because one line was too long.
GoogleSpreadSheet does not work with File-Download-tsv which seems to remove the LF. After running tsv, I converted [\t] to [;] in a text editor. This did not work. (In other words, it takes 1h in the ORK Editor.)
Instead of using Download-tsv, I simply tried 1:Select all sheets cell and CopyToClipBoard 2: Paste into a text editor 3: Convert [\t] to [;].

If anyone else is interested, I was able to solve a similar problem. The fact is that Google translator removes or changes some characters, namely, it makes from the sign "this is >> I found and changed these characters in Excel and immediately everything worked quickly
