Using the environment in battle
Hey. I was wondering if it is possible to use the environment in battle?
For instance shooting barrels to create explosions or elemental areas on the battlefield such as water puddles.
Sure, generally, all of that can be done via schematics/machines or as part of your battle action's schematics animating them.
The details depend on how your system works, e.g. if barrels should be available targets in a target selection, they'll need to be combatants - or if they just explode when hit by a projectile, that can be done via trigger/collision machines.
Elemental areas can also be done in different ways, e.g. using trigger machines to add/remove status effects to combatants that enter or leave it.
