Hey. I was wondering if it is possible to use the environment in battle?
For instance shooting barrels to create explosions or elemental areas on the battlefield such as water puddles.
  • Sure, generally, all of that can be done via schematics/machines or as part of your battle action's schematics animating them.

    The details depend on how your system works, e.g. if barrels should be available targets in a target selection, they'll need to be combatants - or if they just explode when hit by a projectile, that can be done via trigger/collision machines.

    Elemental areas can also be done in different ways, e.g. using trigger machines to add/remove status effects to combatants that enter or leave it.
