Can't select equipment dropdown in ORK editor and Unity inspector

Hi,
I found this issue in 3.3.1 and after I update to 3.4.0 the issue persists. I'm using Unity 2020.3.20f1.
This only happens on the Equipment item type, the other types work fine.
When I click the equipment dropdown, no popup shows up and the console shows the NullReferenceException.

In Equipment->xxxx->Bonus Settings->Add Status Bonus Template, if the Use Conditions checked and no condition was added, the error occurs.
