No - and based on your other thread I think you're using the wrong value bar components :)
For displaying status values, use the ORK HUD Value Bar Content component, which also make use of the Count To Value settings.

As said in the other thread, the next update adds fading options to value bars for showing gradual changes beside using Count To Value.
