Updating values in a button list

Is there a way to update values (variables) in a button list with out having to close and reopen the menu?

    No - the variable text codes don't update automatically, so the UI box's content needs to be updated. Menu screens could be refreshed via code, though.

    Let's say I wanted to make a node that refreshed a menu screen. What code would I need?

    Basically just get the menu screen and call MarkRefresh function on all it's parts.
    No worries, though, I'll add a node for that in the next update :)
