I've just noticed something weird... In my game, you gain XP only by defeating an enemy, and only the character who inflicted the final blow gains XP. Now, when you defeat an enemy by using a skill that also applies a status effect on the enemy, the status effect is applied on the enemy (although it's pointless cause it's about to die) but the character does not gain any XP.

I tested with several different skills and status effects combinations, and the result is always the same. I've checked the settings several times, and I can't find what could cause that.

Any idea?

  • Yeah ... status effects don't set the effect's user as the killer of the combatant if their status change kills them.
    Will change that in the next update :)
