Menu not showing unless Framework is selected

Menu does not show up unless I select the ORK Framework. Please check video above.

Any reason for this, or am I doing something wrong?

    You don't have a game starter in your scene - opening the editor initializes ORK and recognizes the start menu scene is loaded.

    Add an ORK Game Starter to a scene you want to start playing in.
