Changing the position after the conversation is completed does not work.
Let the NPC move to the empty object position, set 4 position points, if you run directly to change the position will work, connected behind the dialogue will not work.

Based on the image - are the variable conditions valid to get to the position changes?
Also, if the Change Position nodes don't use the Wait option, additional Change Position nodes moving the same game object will cancel the previous node.
