Hello,

I downloaded the completed 3D Action Rpg tutorial project, the default navmesh worked fine and all. I then replaced it with A*'s, changed the component type to be A*, and made the spawners not use navmesh as that prevented them from spawning mobs. The mobs seem to generate paths but they don't move at all, I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong.

  • Probably the default setup for the AI Path component from A* isn't working for this.
    Try adding the AI Path component to your combatant's prefab and change the settings to something that works.
