Inventory container, display description problem after clicking

As shown in the GIF below, I don't know why there is such a problem, after clicking on the pop-up submenu, the corresponding description text will be displayed, but the premise of the display is that the current focus must not be on the item, and then in the click will be displayed, otherwise it will not show the description of the item

    How's that description set up in the menu? Is that a Description menu part or part of the UI box setup?
