I use different voice choices for characters. I see the new sound template system and it looks like this would work well for setting up each voice with their own hit sounds, damage sounds, death sounds, etc... I can't any nodes to change the sound template on a combatant for character creation choice.

Is it possible to change the sound templates on a combatant?

  • Thank you GIL. It isn't a high priority to me, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. I think setting up the sound templates and switching them would be a clean solution for this type of thing.

    I can work with the current setup also. I use hidden status effects for the voice selection choice and call global machines that check the combatant status effect to play the voices I need. This system works fine.
