Paid feature request: Preview enemies ability range and damage during grid move selection

Hi GiL,
Do you offer a commission-based service for implementing a new feature? This feature would display potential enemy attacks during grid movement selection, showing the possible damage on the health bar of the selected combatant during battles, akin to the visualization found in Fire Emblem? Like here at 1:30

Generally, ORK already has options for showing thins glike that, e.g. grid examine can show attack ranges of a selected cell's combatant, and target information/confirmation dialogues can show status changes from attacks (though this'd only display the target changes from the selecting combatant's action, e.g. not from an enemy's counter attack).
