Also working on Alluria at the same time as Omber. It's actually easier to work on two games at the same time. Also a first person, role-playing game. She's a sorceress and is part dragon, hence the flames coming out of her mouth. Made with Unity and the ORK Framework for iOS 7.0+.

  • It's actually easier when you're setting up the Framework because you don't forget how to do something. : ) And it keeps it interesting.
  • How do you make your GUI so pretty? Mine looks so ugly lol with the default black slightly transparent windows.
  • im also attempting to work on 2 games :) one is a rpg only game similar to skyrim, and the other is one i just started, a open world platform rpg game. idk how the second one will flow since i cant really think of any games similar to it :) think banjo kazooie with skyrim. lol kinda...

but your game looks good from the screenshot :)
  • @Catacomber any chance of a little more of the back story for this one? :)

@yin you can make your own gui easy with photoshop and or just grabing a asset from the store and using the elements in gui skins to work with your game. most of the ones that come from the store come with sliced images so you can use them with out to much work involved..

@yin---do you mean the Background? I put it in using a Guitexture. For the buttons my main menu skin has custom buttons. For my background I use a window from the -- think it's Blue Button Fantasy GUI from the asset store. I work with an artist who does a lot of my buttons and things but the main menu is Kalamona's in Omber and the Blue Button Fantasy buttons in Alluria.

Or do you mean something else? If you post what you don't like about your gui I'll see if I can help you.

  • More about the back story.

You've been summoned by the great Sorceress Alluria to her palace. You have to go through a few trials before you can gain her audience and if you succeed, you get your main missions.

The main missions are to find her brother the Dragonblood Prince Hal. (He's no relationship to the Prince of Wales : )) Alluria and her clan are half dragon.

He went off to find the amulet that gives her full life. It was stolen by a great vampire who wants Alluria's power and domains. He also wants to make her his conquest and combine the clans of dragon and vampire to create an army to serve him.

You'll have to go through catacombs and mazes to fulfill your missions and you'll have to outwit/outbattle a great vampire and his minions.

There are lots of quests and puzzles. : ) My co-author Liz has it all worked out but I'm working on getting the Framework in right now so haven't had a great deal of time to think about this story. Have eyeballed and filed all the quests. : ) It all comes together in the end. ^^

  • nice sounds good youll have to toss me a demo when you can ^^
