[Request] [ORK Editor] Changes To Right Navigation Panel

1. Change the unordered list into an ordered list. Unordered list are used for short list with 2-3 items. Please use Ordered List as default, b/c most of these tabs have over 20 items in the Navigation.

2. In addition, add ordered list numbers to the headings reflecting the change above.)
