I figured out that if I use the Autoclose feature in the Show Dialogue Step, I get the choice to hide the Accept button which I guess is the OK button. : ) And that works for me.
The correct way to do it depends on what you're using more often. E.g. if you're mostly not having ok/cancel buttons in your dialogues, disabling them in the Menu Settings and enabling them in the individual GUI boxes is the best way to do it. If it's the other way round, do it the other way round :)

And enabling Use Own Buttons under OK/Cancel Buttons in the individual GUI Box where I wanted to use the OK button. This worked.
