Been sitting on this for a long time now, but couldn't figure it out.

1) Shadow priest has Shadow Weaving debuff, where the target takes 15% extra shadow damage.

2) Retail warrior has 2 charges for the Ability:Charge

What are my option in setting this up?

1) The debuff status effect adds an Attack Modifier status bonus of 15, doing 15% more damage for shadow modifier attributes.
Naturally you need to have attack modifiers set up for this and abilities doing shadow damage use them.

An alternative setup (without using attack modifiers) is to handle this in your damage formulas.

2) Abilities can have use counts, see the User Settings > Use Cost > Use Count settings of the ability.
