Hello again :)
I have a problem - i have player character with stat values distribution, character have some items equipped by default and so on.
I used same character as opponent, but thay have different stats...
For some reason, player character have enormous status values - much higher then he should.

Actually, all characters on player side have wrong stat values - MUCH higher then they should.
Please help me :)

    in your combatant for those characters you want to have different status value either make different development's for them or chose no development int he combatant an set the values manually


    edit : please use a site for images that doesnt trigger a warning from antivirus software.. best bet would be photobucket or another well known image site or you can use things like google drive or one drive as well

  • Those are same characters, one - player controlled, and second - computer controlled. They should have same stats, like on NPC screen. But player controlled character have some VERY strange values, too big.
    Sorry for images site, I actually have no experience with them, and got one of first in google search

    Looks like I have problems with explanation :(
    Player controlled character have stat value equals to 567 instead of defined in status development table - 108.
    Actually 567 = half of Sum of all status values from first to 18-th
    At the same time, computer controlled character with SAME status development table have correct value - 108

    I did some deeper investigation, and this happens when player's characters uses potion that gives him experience. When levelling through monsters this is not happening.

  • check the level of the player after they received the xp from the potions might be that your adding to much xp making the character level up to high also check your curve on your xp gain to make sure its set correctly as well as making sure you either have start from min checked or not on the xp value these all effect how xp is gained

    Checked all those things many times - level is correct, not too high.
    Exp curve set to start from min, and per-level values are correct.

    Edit1: One interesting thing - when player character's stats are getting higher then they should according to status development table - character is not healed to MaxHP, and MP not regenerated to MaxMP

    Edit2: Just checked exp gaining in multiple battles - stats from first two levels are correct, but starting from third - all that problems comes back, even without exp potions :(

  • Well, seems like somethings up with your status development - can you post some details about your settings there, e.g. are you using curve or formula?

    The combatants don't automatically regenerate upon level up, i.e. their HP/MP will stay the way they where before that, even if the max values increased. You can enable Full Recovery in the level up settings (Battle System > Battle Settings, or individually override this for each combatant) to have this functionality.

    I set Full Recovery already, and it worked earlier.
    At first, I used tutorial Status development. After few days, I changed almost all - I renamed few base stats (like AGI STR), I set three base stats with curve development (problem with them, actually), then I set all other status values from first three using formulas.
    I can send you ORKProject, if it will help, but can't send full project - it's about 3 Gb.
  • There's currently a bug with too high status changes on level up - will be fixed in the next update.
    Fixed that last week and forgot I already found that :D
