The Change Gravity node changes the gravity value of Unity's physics, i.e. it affects all that takes gravity into account.
You'd probably have to do something different and use some custom gravity setup that affects everything depending on their position to the planetoid's center. Maybe there's some asset available on the asset store that does that out of the box?
