How to use task requirement of type COUNT?

I would like to learn how to use this.

    The Count requirements of quest tasks can be used to create any kind of custom counter. The count is identified by the tag you define in it.

    To change the count, use a Change Task Count node with a matching tag. The node can also be used to change the count on a specific task, all tasks, etc.
