Applying the Battle Grid to a Tile Map

I'm having trouble lining up my grid to my isometric tiles I painted. Either the grids aren't aligned or they are too big. When I change something, it seems to change everything else. I feel like there is something I am missing.

    The Grid Settings in Battles > Battle Grid Settings are used when creating your grid, i.e. the Cell Size and Cell Offset will control how the individual cells are placed.
    The rest is just the look of your cell prefabs :)
