This looks like the Notification on each Status Effect. Look at the Notification for each of your Status Effect, Strengthen and Speed up.

No you cannot Undo event settings changes.
Hitting Crtl While in Ork window actually performs an Undo in Unity.
Tested this before posting.
Since day 1 for complex events I would make a backup before starting.
