I updated already and ork stopped functioning. I moved the folder and re-downloaded ORK and it worked.
but i always jump and download updates... i need to pay more attention before something really breaks
make sure all camera are enabled when the game starts. if the event camera is disabled then you cannot re-enable it.
also, make sure you specify which camera is the event camera in event settings if you have not done so.
are you planning on using legacy animations or mecanim animations?
if mecanim use this tutorial. if not do a screenshot of the amimation controller that you are using and a sample of the animations in ORK.

Alloy shader is really good. I was using it in my game. Unity has built-in support for substance, so when I started using substance designer, I switched back to unity shaders again.

I figured it out. It is the speed transition from walk to run. it will automatically keep the animations going if you tap a button for a second.
I stopped walk from playing and the issue is resolved. i will use the walk animation in events instead.
There is a bug with the UI right now, make sure that "ork framework" window is closed before you start the project. GiL is fixing it and will have an update soon, i think

I know about the title screen, I just haven't decided on what to do with that yet since it is so early and the tone of the story may change. I just want to make sure that the title matches the tone.
