I saw the tutorials to make cutscenes, but that only explains moving the camera and dialogue. What I need is the character to move to a certain position. I tried to do that by using game objects and was "successfull". The character does move to that position, but the walk/run animation isn't played.

What did I missed?
  • My workflow is likely quite different, but I imagine you need to manually call and stop the animation when the character begins and stops moving.

  • If the character is a combatant with auto move animation, that's handled by ORK automatically. If not, either make it a combatant (e.g. using the Add Combatant component, using a faction friendly to the player or they will start fighting) or play the animations yourself.

    Playing the animations can either be done in the event (with one of the Animations steps), or by using your own animation script that handles that for you.
