Quantity Limit for Custom Items

Hi! Wanna ask is there a way I can set quantity limit for custom item types? For example consumable would be 99 but non consumable would be 10...

Appreciate any help!

    One example I'm trying to make from this is to create some 'material' kind of item type, and one person can carry all kinds of material with them but the total of materials cannot be more than a certain amount...currently individual item quantity limit can be override but is there a way for item types quantity to be override?

    No, currently not - quantity limits are only available for individual items, not per item type.
