Upgrade ork 3 from 12 to 17

Ive upgraded ork3 from 12 to 17 ..after this the Start menu with the "New game", "load game", "exit game" or the whole ui box is missing, the Editor tells "missing references". And in the ork3 beta 12 is working.

    Well, it's a beta - stuff breaks between versions, though I don't think there has been any change in that regard between 12 and 17.

    Try reimporting the DLL files.
